Downtime is defined as our network equipment or your collocated or dedicated server being down. We do not control the whole Internet, therefore we cannot guarantee your ability to access your server due to circumstances beyond Rack Lodge reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, unavailability, interruption or delay in telecommunications.
