Setting up a Costa Rican Corporation

4. The amount of authorized capital and the manner in which it shall be subscribed.
5. Name, Nationality, Passport number, Occupation, Marital Status, and Address of the founders.
6. Physical address of the corporation in Costa Rica. This can easily be arranged.
